Safety and requirements
Diving is safe when done properly. Here is what we need from you.
- Complete the PADI Medical Questionnaire before any course. If you answer yes to any question, a doctor must sign you off first.
- Age limits follow PADI. The youngest program, Bubblemaker, is a pool experience from age 8. Discover Scuba Diving and Junior Open Water start at age 10, and full Open Water at age 15. Divers aged 10 to 11 are limited to 12 m, and divers aged 12 to 14 are limited to 18 m.
- Wait at least 12 hours after a single dive, and at least 18 hours after several dives in a day or over several days, before flying. Waiting 24 hours is safer.
- Certified divers: bring your certification card and logbook.
- Dive insurance with DAN SA is included for divers.
A recognised PADI Dive Centre
The PADI Retail & Resort Association recognises Coast To Coast Diving Center as a PADI Dive Centre, store number S30819. That means we teach and dive to PADI standards.
